Duplicated imports

I imported my Edward Jones tax documents into Turbo Tax last Saturday, 2/8/25. Somehow Turbo Tax accessed my Edward Jones account and automatically imported 5 documents a second time on Sunday, 2/9/25. It was a real pain to review and delete the duplicates, and how was Turbo Tax able to do this without my permission?

Fast and Easy

I never filed my taxes myself before. They made it so easy! Super user-friendly. On the one part I did get stuck on they walked me through it and they did it fast. Very happy with this service.

TurboTax takes a simple filing and makes it very difficult. I have filed my taxes(after 4 attempts) but still haven’t viewed my return
