Falsely Making Options to File

Constantly keeps pushing for you to upgrade to their services when you've already opted to file yourself. At the end when I it asked to pay for filing, was given the option to just take the payment from the federal funds instead of using a card to pay it. I chose that option only for it to still ask me for my card information and wouldn't let me proceed until that was done, taking money from my card to make the payment instead of taking from the funds like it said it would so I better get the full federal funds instead.

Turbo Tax is the easiest and most user-friendly way to file taxes! I have used it for over a decade and love it!

It was easy to track my return as income, credit and expenses, etc were populated in the tax return. The return included all write-off considerations. The process was seamless.

Problems trying to install the desktop version

I much prefer desktop Turbo Tax to the online version. Even with three hours help, your techs and I couldn't get it installed, so I defaulted to the online version. Not being able to review forms as you go along annoys me. If the 2025 desktop edition won't install on my computer, I'll be looking elsewhere for my tax package.
