Easy to use. However, there are pagers that leave large spaces between the information entered and the continue button. Males you think... what did I miss.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with turbo tax my return kept getting rejected and I had to keep chatting and calling. With multi people just leaving the chat.

Good product, but cohercing me to premium

Good product. I wish the government had a software like this. The user experience is pretty great for someone without too many complications in their taxes. I don't like how the software continues to nudge me to purchase added value services and sometimes I feel that it is misleading me to do so with click patterns. Please do not go further down that direction else I may lose trust with a company that is handling my taxes. Also, I have a feeling that Intiut is going to get us all dependent on TurboTax and raise prices over time. It's so easy to ask for more, when the user sees the money coming out of the return that they are getting and does not need to pay out of pocket for the service.
