TurboTax -- a lot left to be desired

Overall the product is good, but there are things that are still so confusing. I can't believe these issues haven't been resolved considering the ridiculous amount of money I have to pay to file each year... if I had another option to file that was better, I absolutely would use it over this. Especially when y'all ask me to check old returns and confirm the value -- there should be links to the old returns and there should be explanations. It's all very confusing.
It's also such a bad experience the "auto import". It really didn't work for much of anything for me, even when I waited for the advertised date. Frustrating

Using Turbo Tax is an easy, fast, and reliable way to file taxes. There are numerous things that I would overlook if I filed my taxes without this help. Questions are always covered with FAQs.

STARTED HYBRID CAR QUESTIONS THEN REALIZED IT DIDNT APPLY,,, COULD NOT DELETE INFO AND WAS FORCED TO MANUALLY MAIL RETURN AND NOT ALLOWED TO e-FILE
