Fairly easy to follow. It asks questions that I couldn't answer without the help of a tax professional or financial advisor. I blame the complicated tax code for that.

Sneaky on extra charge for 5 day earlier refund

Good product. Only issue I had was it really seems to steer you toward paying extra for the 5 day earlier deposit. You have to drill down to find that by NOT selecting an a Karma or 5 day early option you find another menu with the traditional option. I ended up backing out and going back to the beginning to get around this. Frustrating.
