Turbo Tax Quickbooks self employed business expense download tool is not well integrated into Turbo Tax. With no edit access to the expense data and bad data presented on the tax forms I had to delete the work line and start over entering data manually - this discovered after a 50 minute customer service call and I still have no idea where my bank transaction data is??. I would not have used the tool knowing I had no access to expense data. Functionality, transparency, ease of use between Turbo Tax, Turbo Tax Business, and Quickbook Self-employed is not on par with past experience - it is not a robust, seamless solution. I lost a confidence in Intuit which is a problem.

Very easy and thorough. I've used it for over 15 years and can't imagine using anything else. Not 5 stars because I miss when you used to be able to see your return amount on every screen. I liked being able to watch my refund go up with credits and deductions.

Turbo Tax is Very Reliable

Turbo Tax is easy to use. The program walks you through all the steps in calculating and filing your taxes. Turbo Tax also provides various levels of support based on your needs. I have done my federal taxes for several years and feel really confident in the process and security this program provides. You can trust Turbo Tax.

Too much back and forth. Not as straight forward as it used to be. and why do I need to pay so much now to use turbo tax? I do it all so what am I even paying for? ridiculous.
