Not what it used to be

I had more trouble with TurboTax this year than I've ever had. At times the program would go into a loop where it would ask for the same identical information over and over. Also, when I imported the information from Schwab something went wrong. It later told me that almost all of the information needed to be added again. When I did that, my refund plummeted. I found out the reason by going back and reviewing income. There I found that all Schwab information was duplicated. This is unacceptable!

This time is was "a pain", a little, but I figured it out and was less headache than doing it myself. I input what is asked, answer questions and you do the rest.

Turbo Tax is Great!

Overall it was GREAT! The areas I always have A LOT of trouble with are the HSA Account information for Me, and then My Wife. That Section needs to be overhauled in the Turbo Tax Program and Explained much better. I also had trouble with the Stock purchases and sales. But, I do believe most of the trouble may have been due to the Investment Firms taking Forever to generate the 1099s.
