The only problem I ran into was deleting a form that was erroneously entered. Instructions were not clear and very hard to find.

Loyalty Discounts? Nope.

I have been a loyal customer of Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I don't appreciate the advertisements to file for free if a filer used a rival tax preparation software the previous year. Turbo Tax has literally never offered loyal customers a discount. Never. In addition to that, not even a veteran discount? Next tax year I will be seeking out a new tax preparation company, even if that means more leg work on my end. I have been too apathetic to the ease of Turbo Tax up until now.

Worse every year

It doesn't bring up all the items from previous year. Need to search it a lot. Pay more for basic when no new features are added. Quit making it like it's helping so much. Nothing different between basic and the other packages. I tried it with each package and kept starting over and none of them were different, yet you pay more. It's turning shady.

I consider the $40 dollars processing fee as fraud. As a low income earner i think turbo tax can make an override.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
