Misleading and Overpriced

Way to expensive for the mediocre product. Military family and we had to pay over $150 extra just to file in multiple states and we weren't told until so late in the process if felt like we were being held hostage. I also had to end up filing everything but federal and one state by mail. Way to bad of service to pay more than I could have paid an expert to do them for me. Will not be using again.

TurboTax App

I had issues getting up to speed on using TT after not using it for a couple years. I did the app offer and became quite anxious about using it at the end. I completed taxes and made it to final review and tax form would not load on iPad. Just a blank page with TurboTax typed in the middle and saying a doc, but it would not load. Called customer service and rep had me open in browser but when I gave her code sent by text it would not work for her. She put me on hold. While she was gone, I entered code and was able to see, print, and file return ( I waited until she returned to inform her about printing and she told me to go ahead and see if I could file, which I did successfully. Please fix bug on app. I will be doing my sister’s soon.

TT made some assumptions that I would have liked to have been asked, instead I had to dig.

I like TurboTax....

I like TurboTax but did not find it as easy to use as last year! Input for income forms seemed cumbersome.
Also, I would like to be able to print the input information before I file. Pricing is fair!
