Turbo Tax is good and easy

It took about 2 hours online total. This is the 9th year I have used Turbo Tax and mine and my wife's personal info has never changed. I wish I didn't have to fill all the forms and answer all the questions again and again. Our tax issues are pretty simple and straight forward, nothing complicated. I have a financial advisor who was a CPA and I don't need much help from Turbo Tax experts. This was a good experience and not too difficult for an old guy (80) to use.

Went pretty well this year. There's a few things that could be tweaked to help with entering the correct data but these mistakes were easy to correct once I figured out what I should have entered.

TurboTax is great. Just getting too complicated

They keep changing stuff every year with the TurboTax app, they need to just leave the app alone. I understand adding new forms and credits, however, the basic operation of the app should stay the same it is being made too confusing.

Feeling Confident!

I felt the process was more difficult this year than usual. I know there are changes every year, but the I felt the download from our investment accounts was confusing at times and blanks that could have been filled in weren't. However, I got through the process and feel confident my returns are accurate, and certainly a lot less expensive than hiring an accountant.
