Good but pricey

Good experience but the cost for premium when having to report stocks and such are a bit much. This is very time consuming for the consumer despite any help that the system gives you. Likely would have saved having a professional file this year.

Stop with the fees!

horrible that you force people to pay for things. I was wanting to do all the filing by myself but when it came to adding my expenses it made me pay $99 with no other options. then at the end threw in another $40 fee. Just horrible

User friendly for the most part it kept making me restart steps and re log in a lot at the end which made me irritated
