Easy to use and mostly clear instructions. I ran into a couple of issues where the instructions were not clear but I was able to figure it out.

Getting more and more difficult to do taxes with TurboTax. It's now become a platform to take money away from people with all these pop ups about upgrading.

I've always used Turbo Tax for my taxes! I appreciate how quick and easy it is, and what a great job they do showing me all the deductions I may be able to get.
