Love me some Turbo Tax

TINESIA IS A FANTASTIC ASSET FOR TT

TT IS GREAT THAT SAID HAD AN ERROR MSG THAT I COULD NOT SOLVE.
CALLED HOT LINE AND TINESIA AT FIRST COULD NOT SCREEN SHARE AS THE AI ASSISTANT GOT MY NAME WRONG AND INITIALLY THE SHARE SHARE WAS NOT CONNECTING.
TINESIA WAS PERSISTENT IN HANGING WITH ME TO FIND THE ISSUE, THE FIX AND ULTIMATELY WAS ABLE TO GET US CONNECTED ON SCREEN SHARE. SHE WAS FABULOUS!!!
