I am a longtime Turbotax user but I feel like quality has slipped.For the second year in a row the auto-import from banks failed on a couple of my banks - BofA and Schwab. I see that the 1099-R dialogs won't let me choose my home state of WA (not listed!). E-filing took 3 passes because it wanted to validate my email that I have used for years. And I'm still bummed I can't preview my return form before I am ready to file.

Turbo Tax is AWESOME

Easy to use. Simple instructions and pop-up windows to answer questions made it super easy to complete my own return. Saved me at least $600 from what my CPA charged in 2024!!!
