It is incredibly complicated and repeats questions that you have already answered. They lobby the government to make filing your taxes difficult and then put out a terrible product. All the money they pay towards lobbyists should go towards building a superior product. Letting software that is this unfriendly to users out into the world is sad and pathetic for such a valuable company.

File TurboTax with confidence!

Age over 70 and I was reluctant to file online TurboTax. Yet, I was able to work at my pace with no pressure which I liked. It was easy to input the info with guidance along the way. To be able to do a look over in the review section gave me the confidence I needed.

Not Worth the price.

Easy to file, Horrible pricing. most people don't even have a good return. if you move up in the world and climb the corporate ladder the more the government taxes you; thus shortening the tax return. Yet turbo tax increases their pricing. Turbo tax should be a flat rate. more people would use it instead of competitors.
