Online TurboTax Poor

Fatal flaw in new online program .... when I updated my email address with TurboTax prior to doing taxes I was no longer able to access my 2023 TurboTax return (download type). The 2024 online program was populated with our Personal Information and other data, it disallowed e-filing because it had NO record (database connection) to our 2023 tax return. I am totally unhappy with the new TurboTax version and the poorly designed and tested online program was very disappointing.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and each year it continues to be easier and more helpful. I have never had any issues or problems with my returns and will continue to use it for many years to come.

Turbo tax used to be better. It was easier to use. But they changed it to try to force selling upgrades. Go back to the version about 5 years ago and it was perfect. Stop being greedy.
