In general, the product is great and has been for me for 22 years now. Only disappointment this year is the discount I attempted to use this year. Like most folks, I look for discounts on payments I have to make, so I look for them on the web. This year I found a 40% off and linked into the Turbo Tax web site from there. That was the last time I saw anything about that discount. On the Turbo Tax website, I saw a discount to $89 from $129 that was preprinted, so was not sure if that wasn't automatic, but was not the 40% I signed up for (but hey, 30% is good!)0. Once I finished my taxes and it was time to pay Turbo Tax, I was not going to start over to get $10-12 dollars in additional discount. So I paid and felt good about my refund.

Fast and easy experience yeah, but feels like I'm being completely gouged by you stupid fees taking more than half of my federal return. But sure, why tell me I need to upgrade as soon as I put something when you can tell me at the very end so I'm more likely to fork over instead of leave and start over somewhere else.

I really enjoyed using TurboTax Premium. It was very intuitive and easy to navigate through each section. It was a great experience for me. I will definitely use Turbo Tax again next year to complete my taxes. Thank you for your assistance.
