Expensive to get help

Not easy to use. Instructions are sometimes incorrect. Have to pay for assistance with questions. Can be very frustrating.

always surprises me how easy turbo tax is. I've been using them for several years. Cheaper and faster than any professional I ever went to before and they get me the same return. Love it.

My taxes look longer than I expected to complete

I really miss the little tracker that use to be at the top of each page with the refund or amount due on it. I tried and tried to delete an item and could not so that was frustrating. Over all I like Turbo Tax becasue it is pretty easy to use. I have never been audited, so it has also been accurate for me.
