over priced, not seeing improvements. 3 years now

Overpriced, and the same issue still occurs with form E line 19 year after YEAR all due to a poor programming practice. If I enter 0.00 the application throws useless errors that don't actually identify the issue in the field. If I enter 0 as a whole number though, all is well. WHY CAN'T YOU FIX THIS WHEN I PAY YOU 220.00 EVERY YEAR? the software update would take seconds, not hours of development. COME ON

It is an ok product, but to be penalized for using the product year in and year out shows no appreciation for the customer. It's all about attracting customers and no loyalty is shown for exiting customers.
