Easy to Navigate, available options to file. However, at the end requires unnecessary "pay signatures", decline option is not option.

I don't understand why you guys allow me to have multiple accounts. This process is hard as it is. There needs to be more step by step tutorials since this is a do it yourself site. Why are you charging so much for me to file.
