Why Do I Have To Pay For This

We had to reload our page multiple times after inputting significant amounts of data, leading us on multiple occasions to have to re-enter that same information. The lag between page loads is truly unacceptable. Our final time in completing was over 45 minutes longer than the time anticipated, and at least half of that time was due solely to page lag. This is not an issue on the user side in terms of internet connection--trust us, we checked. For $99 (to do something, by the way, which we should be able to do for free in the first place), I'd like intuit to spend a little less time on graphics and a little more time on functionality.

GREAT FILING. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE EASIER ACCESS TO REVIEW W-2 FORMS. WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE THE OPTION SHOWN ON THE LEFT MENU.

25 Years of Turbo TAX success

I've used Turbo Tax every year but one since 1998; Filing both Federal and our Oregon State Tax returns since 2001.. Did my own business returns with Turbo Tax for a number of years with no problems and have been using their on-line version since it first came out. Sometimes it's a brief learning curve as each year changes some in both the laws and technology but it's an easy process and their support is excellent... I find the price reasonable and their product very user friendly and intuitive. As a long term user, I highly recommend the product...
