I'm unhappy that TT decided to remove the progress bar that used to display the expected refund or tax due while using the software. Additionally, pushy sales of unwanted upgrades which are hard to remove if you accidently select it show what this company is all about...taking advantage of its customer.

They lost 2014 - 2023 returns!

Generally a great product, but they lost the last 10+ years of returns so I'm starting over as though this is the first year I've ever used them

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years now. Over the years, I've purchased the discs and used those, I've purchased the download, and this year for the first time I just went to the website and used it there. And I can say, of the 3 choices, the website is the easiest and best by far.
I can say, I don't like the repetition of the questions when you. make a correction. Yes, my answers are still correct, why do I have to cycle through all 10 questions again. But at least it keeps things accurate and up to date.
But overall, the product is useful and helpful. And it helps cover all the things that are easy to forget in the course of a year. Highly recommend TurboTax.

Too many fees for low return, They could also so have scheduled c ‘s. on here for people with their own business. makes it much more easier than the ones they have on there.
