Double negative questions/hard to understand

I feel that they made changes to their program from last year. I remember it being very easy and straight forward. Now the questions they ask are very wordy and I'm not even sure what they are trying to ask in the first place. Very confusing compared to previous years i have used.

TurboTax made filing my taxes so easy and convenient. The step-by-step guidance is clear and straightforward, even for someone with little tax knowledge. I really appreciated the error-checking feature, which gave me confidence when submitting my return. It also helped me find all the deductions I was eligible for.
The customer support was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Filing taxes used to be stressful, but TurboTax made the process smooth and simple. Highly recommend!

I'm unhappy that TT decided to remove the progress bar that used to display the expected refund or tax due while using the software. Additionally, pushy sales of unwanted upgrades which are hard to remove if you accidently select it show what this company is all about...taking advantage of its customer.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
