Riddled with bugs, unreliable

Buggy. Like riddled with bugs. It used to be good. I did use it this year because I had most of my info in there, but had to triple check stuff. It imported my W2 and had huge mistakes. This morning, after I logged in, it congratulated me for importing my investments. Which I had already done, so it had everything in there twice. Nice (NOT). Don't trust this software.

Turbo Tax Sucks

I tried to submit a 1099-G which only had 2 boxes, but Turbo Tax required I fill out box 8 which I didn't have. I was caught in a loop where I had to constantly fill out box 8 despite filling out various things in attempt to just get it done. So, I didn't fill out my 1099-G and I'll probably get in trouble for it. Thanks Turbo Tax. Also underneath the multiple choice options for 1099-G, a simple "Statement for recipients of certain governments payments" was not listed on there. I didn't see an option for School district tax.

i've used turbo tax for the last 7 years and always have a pleasant experience using their services. They break down complicated tax information into terms i can understand and keep me on track. it's a great product and charge less than filing with a local tax expert.

They are a scam just like the whole tax system. I love paying to just pay more while this program does ;nothing but try and sell me more intuit items and steal my info.
