Easy Process, But Unexpected Costs.

"TurboTax made filing my taxes easy with clear, step-by-step guidance, and I appreciated how user-friendly the platform was. However, I was disappointed that the TurboTax Free Edition didn’t allow me to file for free. I ended up paying $128 for the basic plan, which felt misleading. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars because the process was quick, but the unexpected cost was frustrating."
