Need Lower Prices, Don't Push Upgrade Before Start

I'd prefer to not switch to H&R Block, but with lower prices it will be a strong consideration next year. Also, if I am able to file on my own without expert review, then I should be able to avoid paying that without having to start my filing over.

Product is ok, fees are outrageous and predatory. Cost is also ridiculously high for run of the mill services. Stop trying to constantly upsell your "tax experts". Im paying 30% of my refund to you already.
