Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use and very thorough. It asks you easy questions to make sure that you have covered everything and has simple explanations for some of the terms to make sure you understand.

Turbo Tax Gets Worse Every Year!

This process gets dumber and dumber every year. It has even become a chore simply to see how much of a refund you're getting. It used to say it right at the top--easy! Now: nope! You also try to swindle us by charging a pay-through-your-refund fee. Why would that cost an extra $40? And to hide it like you do? Shameful.
