I had to wait for additional forms and I wasn't offered the opinion to get an advance even though I was advertised they would give an advance up to $4000

Questioning the worth

The cost nearly doubled from $49 to $89? For what? So I can file with the standard deduction and a child tax credit? I've used TurboTax for nearly two decades and now I'm severely questioning whether they deserve my loyalty.
