I went to multiple tax preps and there was nothing they could do to help me get the me a max refund. turbo tax did not only make it easy for me but i've also learned so much through the process.

Meh at Best.....

The process was okay. When selecting "more information" or "help" on a topic, the instructions or explanations are not helpful, 9/10 of the time. The sale of "expert advice" is intrusive. I also was informed premium was "required" for my taxes, even though they were not, with an $89 fee tacked on at the end. It also falsely advertises "free" when it is not free to file. If I wasn't already tired and 90% finished, I would've cancelled this and filed through another platform.
