Using it for years, getting pricy

Issue with e-filing state return

Everything worked pretty well until I got to the end. It would not let me e-file the Illinois state tax return and put me into a circular loop. I finally had to just indicate I will file Illinois later. I e-filed Federal and Minnesota without a problem. The software did not indicate why it kept taking me back to the beginning of the e-file process - it just took me to the same questions over and over

Overall experience was good with one exception, I tried to remove the $25 fee for 5 days early but my tax form review still showed that I was being charged $25.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
