This is my 12th year using turbo tax program for my tax prep and will be my last. much to expensive and hard to use. not user friendly. to many added charges at the end to get them filed.

Enough with the freaking upsells!

Really great at getting through all of the necessary questions. But seriously, stop trying to upsell me. I said no, I meant no, DON'T ASK AGAIN. The only reason I keep coming back to this product is that all of the other alternatives are even worse.

Numerous software glitches which required backup and resubmitting data. But all in all pretty good
