Not as good as it used to be

Not as good as prior years when we could directly go into Schedule C and make changes. This issue cause me 3.5 hours of additional time, including calls and transfers within turbo tax reps.

Software has gone downhill

Product has gone downhill with trying to upsell products, and I find it annoying. Also, I feel like it was asking consent to share my info, which when presented felt like it was authorizing the return and not private info, I feel that this practice is extremely unethical. I will be looking for different software next year.

Been using TurboTax for about 10+ years now I believe. Still as solid and simple as ever! Love that Data integration between your Stock Broker and Intuit/ TurboTax! Makes it SIMPLE.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments
