Did not use live experts, but I am very happy using turbo tax premium, very easy and it go's step by step to help you with anything you ask.

Nice way to do taxes.

I had one problem but Deondra was excellent in helping me fix it. I had to manually deduct my QCDs from my state charitable deductions. I know to do this now but it would be nice if one could identify each charitable donation if it is a QCD and the software automatically not put QCDs in the state charitable deductions.

Did not need to engage with an expert. Product is easy to use.
Still miss the "Forms View" to be able to go directly to a form and review or make changes to a form.
