Overall turbo tax meets my needs. there are times when it will create an error that i don't understand why or tell me i may need to file MN taxes and i never input revenue from MN. There are glitches but it's improved over the years and easier than going to a tax accountant.

Turbo Tax web had some glitches

I had a few instances where the carryover entry from last year did not get processed into the 2024 version. I clicked the button three times and the menu would just loop back to the main page, at least three times. I overcame this by entering new data.
