TurboTax is TurboTax

TurboTax and other business like it keep tax codes complicated to profit off of working class Americans. I'm sure if TurboTax stopped advertising they could provide premium for every user and still make billions.
Software is useable, though in the past 10 years I've been using it, the quality has deteriorated. Some 'explanations' are useless and make me wonder why I'm paying for this service.
Massachusetts has a state tax portal that works, is 100% free, and I don't have to trust some 3rd party company.
