Turbotax continues to be poorly constructed; there is no indication that the capital loss carryforward will not appear in your income and expense summary so I continued to try to figure it out--3 separate representatives had no idea how to "fix the problem". I wasted 5 hours trying to work it out--finally, a supervisor told the agent it doesn't appear until paid and in schedule d--never in the capital loss carryforward section of income; No entry for the $300 charitable above the line; I will not use this next year--too many glitches and difficulties. It is a poorly tested product. If you have nothing but a w-2 and standard deduction, it's fine. That's it.

turbo tax was sooo easy

easy to use even without the live helper, which could be useful if you get stuck.
