the government said every US citizen would be able to file their own tax return with the IRS, of course, we didn't qualify so had to do it ourselves... easy, fill in the blanks, answered questions on the spot, very easy to use

overall good, but there were some glitches that caused information to either be imported incorrectly or not at all with no option to correct it prior to review. The overall price seems to have skyrocketed in recent years with the lowest cost package costing about $90 with my discounts with an optional add on for $60 beside that.
