Used Turbo Tax for many years. It takes the worry out of getting my taxes done right. Many helpful FAQs and explanations help understand the process of inputting the information and making sure nothing is overlooked and getting the forms prepared correctly.

Ii have used Turbo Tax for 5 years and find it very user friendly and thorough. I had a little problem this year with one of my entries, but I was able to get help from the customer support line and the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction.

Not as easy as it use to be, to many trick questions to mess your return up and fees goes up every year.
