We appreciate the references data to previous year for comparison and the reminder prompts. However, the prompts for adding Max, etc. could be lessened.

So sick of the constant upsell and price gouging

So sick of the constant upsell and price gouging to add in simple additional forms. It should be a form by form pricing instead of an all or nothing price tier rip off. I set up my taxes each year to owe just a little bit. Then I get hit with $100+ in fees from Turbo tax and it feels like a real kick in the face.

Meh. Is what it is

had to make edits because it was auto applying addresses incorrectly (PO box for the city and the PO number for the zip code) still not sure if it's corrected since manually entering the form didn't actually ask for me to type in the address. Can't clearly make edits to the forms you will be submitting without scrambling through 500 click pages. Took lots of extra time to review to ensure the program made no other errors. Lots of pointless clicking, plenty could be bundled together to make it go quicker when you don't have anything special for taxes (which an agent is an expert in compared to an online automated system). Charge is pretty expensive overall and the insane amount of requests for upcharge features. I doubt many people who really needs those things are actually using TurboTax. Needless to say, I'm uneventful for taxes, so it works, but year over year I run into more issues and errors in their system that I have to closely review before filing and then click around until I can get it to change.
