Turbotax is terrible.

way to expensive. I got 0 dollars back this year but had to pay $108 to turbotax..

It glitched the first two times and wouldn't let me file my husbands info so I had to erase everything and start over. Also $40 processing fee on top of $99 for the lowest subscription is rather high. I could stomach the $99, but $40 just to use my tax return to pay? Thats utterly ridiculous.

It was very difficult to understand what I was being asked to do on several places - without paying another $159
It also frequently happened that I ran in circles answering the same questions in the same way and it continued to go back and go through then again...and again,...
