Easy to use, but some things could be easier.

Generally very easy. I like Q&A format. Mostly explanations are helpful, but I had to google one question that I had, because the explanation was not in the program. Oddly, the answer came from Turbo Tax's web site, but it wasn't in the app.
I had two very similar 1099-R forms for IRA distributions. Turbo Tax provided no easy way to say that they were not the same, and kept asking me over and over to delete one of them. I could easily have told them that I have reviewed them and I attest that they are in fact different, so Turbo Tax could accept that and move on. Or, if I could have provided the two account numbers so that Turvo Tax could see that they are different distributions.
