I would have appreciated more options

the only thing I did not appreciate was having to upgrade for putting in my expenses in my business. I only had a few expenses that were advertising, workshop and supplies. You made me pay more for putting in my little bit of information. There was no other choice I had.

Turbo tax is getting worse

For the first time in my life I got an estimated tax underpayment penalty. After the income stage it said that I wouldn't have an underpayment penalty. There is no coherent explanation as to why. The only way I could get help is to pay $169 for a "tax expert" to explain this $57 penalty, that I'm not sure I actually owe. Even if your expert could resolve it, I still come out losing money. I've used TurboTax for years, but this is likely the last year.

I used Turbo Tax many times in the past, but changed for a few years from frustration with limitations. This year the program didn't have any issues with my situation. That was a pleasant surprise.
