Better than last year but still clickbait billing

Quick and Easy!

I find Turbo tax easy for my returns that aren't complicated. Much more affordable than hiring someone and I don't have to take information documents further than my home computer. It makes tax time much less stressful.

The third party processing fee is a total rip-off and false advertising from turbo tax. I filled out all my information to get to the end to be charged an additional 40.00, and I have no choice but to pay it or completely abandon all the work I've just done. I will never ever use turbo tax again with all the hidden fees and they make it completely confusing with the questions they ask. never again
