Huge headache

The IP-PIN needs to be easier to fill out. I always have to go through several rejections and have to search how to fix every year.

First time doing my taxes on my own since I was in High School (so, 20 years)! I hated doing taxes so much that I never tried again until this year. I'm so glad I did! It was intuitive and painless! It took some time but everything was striaghtforward and easy to fugure out! I'm so glad I tried it on my own again, it's SO much cheaper than paying someone else to do it!! Thank you TurboTax

TurboTax steals your money!

I enjoy the service but I don't enjoy the fees! This makes me want to file my taxes with a different service or by hand on paper. I made less than $14,000 and only got about $350 back and they took over half my refund! Very unhappy. :(
