Great Product but need to rethink charging

Turbo Tax has been great all the years we have used you to do our taxes but I had recently received an email or text notifying me that if I filed before Feb 18th it would be free to do so but not happening. I understand the government and our state have set up websites where we can file for free so Turbo Tax maybe you need to think twice about the amount you are charging...perhaps we will use a different website to file next year and not have to pay for someone only to provide questions and forms to us.

Great product so far. Why would their system try to tell me how many characters I have to use for the review to count. That is kind of silly and cost them 1 star.

Hidden Fees

1 star rating due to fraudulent advertising. Commercials stated "Free filing until 2/18" and included complicated submissions like mind. Yet, "free" always becomes $200+. So many additional fees tacked on right at the end. This year I really laughed at the mandatory $25 to send to my bank not a Klarna bank account.
