Turbo Tax is pretty great

Fairly easy and explanatory . What I don't get though is I've filed using their service multiple years and yet I wasn't eligible for instant refund OR simply getting the payment card thru them with no reason as to why ....

wouldn't let me into my account even though password and username were the same and not changed. Had to create a new account and was thus not able to access my old tax information. 1 star very frustrating.
