Seriously, how many times are you going to try to push "Max"? Give it a rest you greedy such-n-suches. Dropped from 2 to 1 star b/c I had to give an email to do a review. Now, I'm expecting a ton of marketing crap to my inbox. Save me the step and unsubscribe.

Year of 2023 I accidently used the wrong forum and was unable to get a refund even tho I didn't even use it. It was a whole mess! This year (2024) was smooth i didn't make last year's mistake again, and I completed my taxes in 45min!

Turbo Tax appears to be reliable

Overall I like Turbo Tax,, but the software was changed and a week ago I could not get into my return to correct a mistake. After calling CS (& sharing screen) and being told that they would report this glitch, today I was able to access and fix my return. Note: calculated tax due by TT differs with IRS publication.
