Simple maybe isn't so Simple...

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, but this is the first year it was totally online for me. I had a terrible time getting the product to keep and hold my information. It would drop information mid-section and erase information (our SSA-1099) with no apparent reason. I believe I did my returns 2.5 times just to complete it ONCE!! I saved it to my computer, however I can't find it even with the "find" function. I was unable to review forms or even find forms to review. For me, making it simpler made it harder to clarify inputs. I am not a fan...
