Great Tax Service and Tool...stop the up-sale game

Dude...stop trying to nickel and dime me for the premium service. Make it clear up front that I can't pay with my federal return without it. Don't let me pick it, then try to drop another $44 on me after because you can't pay with your refund without it! Lame. Love this software and service otherwise...it's awesome...thus the 4 stars. Get 5 man...and clean up the marketing on this deal and make that experience better!

Very easy to use, only issue i had was at the end of state return, seemed to be stuck in a loop, had to skip to review on the menu.

It gets the job done. However, this service should be free because our government knows exactly what they owe us or what we owe them. This is a waste of time, energy, and money.

I recently had an excellent experience using TurboTax for my annual tax filing, and I couldn't be more impressed with the ease and efficiency of the process. From start to finish, TurboTax made everything seamless, even though taxes are typically something I dread. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, with clear instructions and helpful prompts guiding me through each step. I appreciated how the software tailored questions based on my unique financial situation, ensuring I didn’t miss any important deductions or credits.
One standout feature was the "Live" support option. Anytime I had a question, I could chat or video call with a tax expert who offered personalized advice, helping me feel confident about my filings.
