Horrible product, needlessly expensive and didn’t even actually file when I paid, which I am now finding out a week later when I intentionally filed my return early to get my refund ASAP.

Online vs. Downloadable Issue

Always preferred method of doing my taxes since 2019. However, my computer no longer was compatible with downloading the software and cannot get my money back from provider of the software (their policy did not accept computer incompatibility (as if I would know ahead of time since the software worked for 5 years prior). Liked online commentary of on-line version but still (based on cost) would prefer to buy the software.

Not bad but not happy to be forced to pay for it

Decent program for people like me who have some idea of what we are doing and do our taxes right. Prices are a bit much and I was forced to get an upgrade against what I wanted just to be able to claim/use part of my tax information like I should be able to. I never wanted to pay to do my own taxes but I ended up paying almost 200 after all the upgrade and fees.
